Inlet 11.8mm lift 296 degrees duration Exhaust 10.5mm lift 280 degree duration at 0.3 on shaft 1.4mm at TDC We Personally use this came in Option 1 configuration below, and run it with standard valve springs up to 8500 RPM with no problems. there are also 2 options for the inlet cam.

1. ?Regrind an OEM original cam, this will reduce the base circle diameter and will require shimming to suit.
2. New Steel Billet Inlet cam, this gives more options on profile, Base Circle diameter etc. with this option we aim to get it as close to a drop in cam as possible, although cannot guarantee the valve clearances will be correct (not all OEM cams are the same as they use different bucket sizes), and they may need shimming but will be alot less than a regrind option.Both cams will be to the same Lift/Duration etc, with option 2 having a larger Base circle diameter as standard. Both options also use a new cast exhaust cam. if you wish to have a steel billet exhaust cam please get in touch to get the correct pricing.

For Option 1 OEM Regrind, we can supply a used inlet cam to save you having to remove your one first. if his is needed please select the correct option. We are also happy to offer on exchange cam option, where once you send a cam back to us we will refund ?20 from the original fee. If however you want to supply your own up front that is also fine.
