These bushes are machined from solid delrin which has good properties for strength whilst also giving a good bearing like quality. it is therefore a great fix for one of the causes of side-to-side slop on the gear lever. This is a wear item, and will therefore inevitably wear over time and need further replacement. Due to the square shape, it can be turned 1/4 of a turn, to double the life of the bushing.
