We have developed a new lightweight alternator kit for the Ford Focus ST170/RS/Zetec Engine.

The alternator is a much smaller unit giving a significant amount of additional clearance to the inlet manifold, which is needed for a range of aftermarket inlet manifolds.

The Alternator is available in 3 outputs, 70A, 105A and 160A. all 3 options weigh approx. 3kg which is significantly less than an OEM alternator.

It can be supplied as the mounting kit only, or can come supplied with one of the alternators and a pulley is 60mm Diameter (suitable for upto 8100rpm) and takes a 6pk Drive belt.
For Engine RPMs over 8100pm please get in touch so we can specify an alternative pulley to ensure the alternator is not subject to an overspeed invalidating any warranty.

The Bracket comes Hard Anodised Black to ensure a long life.
