Delivery<\/strong><\/h1>\n

We hold stock of some of our product range, however we do not hold stock of everything.
We will advise of any lead times that exceed 7 days Within 24 hours of placing the order. If the lead time for non stock items exceed your requirements we will be happy to issue a full refund.<\/p>\n

All items from stock upto 5 days.
GAZ suspension 3 weeks.
D2 brake kits 30 days.
K-Sport brake kits can be 30 days to 12 weeks depending upon stock.
Non stock Hardrace upto 21 days. Non stock items will be advised within 24 hours of order<\/p>\n


Returns<\/span><\/h1>\n

We offer a 7 day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (original delivery costs not included).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the delivery cost of the return of the product\/order.
Get in touch via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Once you have a number please complete the returns form found at the bottom of this page.

If you return the item as faulty and it is subsequently found to be faulty a refund of the return postage would also be due up to the value of the original postage amount.<\/p>\n


For returns over 7 days up to 30 days the following rules apply:<\/p>\n

– Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion, if you would prefer a cash refund this will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for orders under \u00c2\u00a3100 and 5% for over \u00c2\u00a3100<\/p>\n

– Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers’ warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer’s terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier.<\/p>\n

We will then offer you a credit note on return including a maximum of \u00c2\u00a310.50 postage costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

For instances where we send the incorrect item \u00c2\u00a0firstly we apologies we are only human . Once the item is returned to us we will endeavour to get the correct item sent out to you \u00c2\u00a0Return postage is refunded up to a maximum of \u00c2\u00a310.50. (Receipt must be provided) Provided the item is returned in the same condition it was received and in a saleable condition \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p>\n

– Products that are damaged in transit to the customer CANNOT be refunded. If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign for the delivery. Instead the customer must refuse delivery by the courier and then contact us for further details. Please email us at orders@aju-Motorsport.co.uk if you have want to return your order.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Our return address for non manufacturing faults is 651 Blandford Road, Poole, BH16 5EF. For manufacturing faults we may provide an alternative address \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Order Cancellations<\/h1>\n

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from AJU Motorsport, for a full refund, unless it is a made to order product. the made to order products are only subject to a 48 hour cancellation period, These items include the following:
Roll Cages
Repackable Exhaust Silencers<\/p>\n

if after 48 hours you wish to cancel you would have to Contact us on the below email address, and see if the item manufacture has started. if it hasn’t then we may be able to cancel the order for a full refund, if it has then the order cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled.<\/p>\n

Order cancellations must be made via email, quoting your order number, within 7 working days (except as stated above for 48 hours) of the day after you receive the goods to orders@aju-Motorsport.co.uk<\/p>\n
